AgriDurab

AgriDurab

Moderated by Agnès Lelièvre and Francesco Accatino

The AgriDurab transversal group focuses on assessing the sustainability of agriculture as well as its resilience. It focuses in particular on assessing the impacts of agricultural practices on the pillars of sustainable development (environmental, economic and societal). Within this group, agricultural systems are evaluated at different scales (from the plot to the European territory) and the pillars of sustainability are addressed by crossing complementary research objects (biodiversity, economy, production, ecosystem services, etc.).

Examples of topics covered by the group include: the limitations and benefits of sustainability indicators (environmental, economic and social) and analysis of the value of indicators to identify synergies and compromises (trade-offs) between activities.

The group brings together expertise in agronomy, modeling, economics and management sciences.
